ReplyDeleteOur bodies are over 70 percent water. If we are not rehydrating all the time then our bodies are thirsty and not preforming as they should. Vitamin water is very popular right now, which I think is interesting that people would rather drink sugared water thinking its better than pure water. Water does so many amazing things for the body. Just drinking enough water for your body can absolutely help with weight loss, healthy skin and all over health.
