Try to match 250ml of water for each alcoholic drink.

  1. Hey Jill,

I really enjoyed your post about healthier camping! All those are really good tips to make camping a more healthy experience. Especially for me because my camping trips mainly consist of beer, junk food and late nights! I think planning ahead some healthy snacks and making sure to drink enough water is key to camping health. Also great to get active outside and see some cool nature! Very nice post, totally fitting for the upcoming may long weekend!

  2. Hey Jillian,

Your post was very interesting for me to read because I am planning on going outdoors to BC this summer! So I was really excited to read how I would also be improving my health during this process. I also wrote a post about how important hydration is, and so drinking water will definitely be on top of my list! It was also good to read about planning ahead, especially about what to eat, because I always end up at a McDonald's during my trips because of that, which is not really the healthiest option out there! So thanks for the tips, they were really helpful!
